UNIMAID Change of Course Form

The candidates offered provisional admission into the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) for the 2018/2019 academic session that the management has released the amount they are required to pay as acceptance fee and the payment procedure.

Before you proceed with the registration, read the important informnation below;

UNIMAID Acceptance Fee Procedure 2018/2019

IMPORTANT INFO

1. Candidates who will not be below 16 years of age by October 31st, 2018 need not proceed with Registration

2. Admitted candidates who have not accepted their admission on the JAMB website (CAPS) should do so latest by Friday September 28th, 2018 or the admission will be withdrawn.

3. Candidates not admitted yet who are yet to upload their O’level results to JAMB website (CAPS) should do so immediately as non upload of O’level Results to JAMB can affect their admission.

4. Admission is still in progress

Steps To Pay Acceptance Fee And Complete Registration

Step 1: Admission Acceptance

  1. Go to aris.uniport.edu.ng

 

  1. Click ADMISSION STATUS, then click Admission Acceptance

 

  1. Enter your Registration Number (JAMB Number/Application Number) and click Search

 

  1. Fill in the following data: Email, Phone, then click Accept button.

  1. Click Continue with Payment to generate your Acceptance Fee Payment Code. You can complete your payment online or print out the Payment Slip generated and pay at any of the approved Banks.

 

Step 2: Admission Registration

  1. Go to aris.uniport.edu.ng
  2. Click ADMISSION STATUS, then click Admission Registration
  3. Enter your Registration Number (JAMB Number/Application Number) and click Submit
  4. Fill in all the required data. After completing each section click itsSave button.

Step 3: Admission Eligibility Test

  1. Go to aris.uniport.edu.ng
  2. Click ADMISSION STATUS, then click Admission Eligibility Test
  3. Enter your Registration Number (JAMB Number/Application Number)
  4. Enter the Password created in Step 2
  5. Click Search. This will display the area where you will fill in your O-Level and JAMB details. Jamb details applicable to UTME Entry Mode.

 

  1. Select Entry Qualification and click the Save button of the section
  2. Fill in your O-Level details by selecting the Subject and Grade earned, then click Add. If you wish to remove any of the added subjects, select the subject in the lower part of the particular section and click RemoveNOTE:  You cannot perform this operation if you have not completed all the prior operations/requirements.
  3. Fill in your JAMB details (if it is applicable to your Mode of Entry). The procedure is similar to O-Level. Ensure that the sum of scores you enter for each of your JAMB subjects totals to your JAMB score, else your Eligibility Test will fail.
  4. After completing filling in the required data, click its Eligibility Test Check button. If your Eligibility Test was successful. You will get a message as shown below. At this point you can proceed to pay your school fees ( See Step 4.); otherwise, you will get an Eligibility Test Failed message as well as a list of possible alternative degree course programs you can shop for.

 

 

Step 4: Freshers Fee Payment

  1. Go to aris.uniport.edu.ng
  2. Click ADMISSION STATUS, then click Fee Payment (Fresh Students)
  3. Enter your Registration Number (JAMB Number/Application Number)
  4. Enter the Password created in Step 2
  5. Click Submit. This will display the amount to be paid.
  6. Click Continue with Payment to generate your  Fee Payment Code. You can complete your payment online or print out the Payment Slip generated and pay at any of the approved Banks. After paying your school fees you can proceed with hardcopies of your credentials for physical verification.

 

Step 5: Admission Reports

In between the above steps, you may be required to print one or more of the following reports as part of the registration process. At such times, you can always print the report from here by following the steps below:

 

  1. Go to aris.uniport.edu.ng
  2. Click ADMISSION STATUS, then click Admission Reports
  3. Enter your Registration Number (JAMB Number/Application Number)
  4. Enter the Password created in Step 2
  5. Click Search. This will display the area where you will find the links to the following reports:

  1. Acceptance FormTo be printed and signed by candidate. Forms part of the credentials during verification.
  2. Provisional Admission SlipProvisional admissions slip stating the guidelines to complete admission registration.
  3. Guarantor’s FormTo be printed and signed by candidate. Forms part of the credentials during verification.
  4. Eligibility FormTo be printed and signed by candidate. Forms part of the credentials during verification.
  5. Medical Report FormTo be printed and taken to LULU BRIGGS Medical Centre. Forms part of the credentials during verification. Furthermore, candidates need to print this report after successful Eligibility Test and proceed to Medical Centre for examination test. Ensure that your Examination Date is stated in the report; otherwise contact the ICTC to assign a date to you. You can only visit the Medical Centre on the date assigned to you.
  6. Medical Examination FormTo be printed and taken to LULU BRIGGS Medical Centre. Forms part of the credentials during verification. This is the second form for Medical Examination.
  7. Letter of Invitation:
  8. Admission Clearance FormTo be printed after Faculty Officer Verification. Forms part of the documents that you will submit to your Department for filling.
  9. Deferment FormApplicable to candidate’s wishing to defer Admission.
  10. Matriculation Registration FormTo be printed after Faculty Officer Verification. Forms part of the documents that you will submit to your Department for filling.
  11. Matriculation Oath FormTo be printed after Faculty Officer Verification. Forms part of the documents that you will submit to your Department for filling.
  12. Biodata FormTo be printed after Faculty Officer Verification. Forms part of the documents that you will submit to your Department for filling.
  13. Portal Login Info FormTo be printed after Faculty Officer Verification. This form provides the candidate his/her Portal Login information to enable the candidate login for Academic Course Registration.

MOUAU Postgraduate Acceptance Fee Process | The Michael Okpara Uni. of Agric., Umudike MOUAU Postgraduate Acceptance Fee and payment  procedure for the 2018/2019 academic session. (newly admitted students)

MOUAU New Intake Event Registration

This is to inform all the candidates offered provisional admission into the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, postgraduate programmes for the 2018/2019 academic session that the management of the institution has released the amount they are requirement to pay as acceptance fee, payment procedure and registration procedure..

MOUAU Postgraduate Acceptance Fee & Registration Procedure.

  • Check your admission status. RECOMMENDED:- How to check MOUAU Postgraduate Admission List.
  • If admitted, proceed to PRINT the online admission letter before accepting the offer of admission.
  • Once student has acknowledged the admission, student can generate RRR code for acceptance fee of 35,500 Naira only online (Ensure the RRR code bears your name).
  • After paying Acceptance fees, Student proceeds to PG SCHOOL for screening and fees advice. For screening, go with ALL YOUR CREDENTIALS.
  • Admitted PG student drops a copy of admission clearance notification slip, Photocopy of payment for Matric Gown/Brochure (#4500 to be generated via Remita.net), fees advice and PGSA dues receipt at MOUAU PG ICT room (Room A5) for online clearance.
  • Cleared Admitted PG Students should now go online in the University Portal website as stated above to generate Remita RRR code for School Charge Payment.
  • After payment of School fees charges, PG student proceeds to complete the biodata form, thus generating a MATRICULATION number and a personalised Username and Password for easy access to the Portal site.
  • Student now proceed to PG School to submit the following complete documents: Biodata form, photocopies of all Remita payments made and any other documents required by PG School, PGSA dues, Admin fees, etc.
  • PG students proceed to PG Bursary Unit after one month from the day you paid to pick up Original School fees receipt.
  • Admitted student now proceed to MOUAU ID Card Capture room at Anyim Pius Building for Student ID Card capturing and issuance upon presentation of the original school fees receipt.

PLEASE KINDLY NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

  • PAYMENTS: Payment can be done ONLINE from any part of the country using any Bank debit/credit card OR PG student can also pay by generating RRR code and proceed to any commercial bank in the country. You can also pay at the spot at PG ICT office (For Remita Payment inquiries, call 07068980033).
  • ACCOMMODATION:

    PG Students can pay for Accommodation on Campus by requesting/making payments through their personalised PG Students Accounts Area on the Portal Site.

FULokoja Admission Acceptance Fee Procedure 2018/2019

This is to inform the newly admitted candidates that The Federal University, Lokoja, Kogi State (FULokoja) has released the amount to paid as acceptance for the 2018/2019 academic session. See more Details below;

FULokoja Acceptance Fee Process

Following the publication of FULOKOJA admission list for the 2018/2019 academic session, the management of the institution released the amount payable as admission acceptance fee by candidates offered provisional admission into the university for the session.

How to pay Federal University Lokoja Acceptance Fee Online.

FULOKOJA acceptance fee amount is N10,000 (ten thousand naira only). Follow the procedure outlined below to make payment.

  • Login to the University’s 2018/2019 Admission Portal (http://putme.fulokoja.edu.ng/) with your JAMB Registration Number.
  • Check your admission status.
  • Successful candidates should generate payment invoice for acceptance fee from the University’s 2018/2019 Admission Portal.
  • Pay acceptance fee of N10,000.00 using REMITA services (card or bank payment):
  • For Card Payment: Visit remita.net, Click on “Pay an Invoice“, Enter your generated RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference), and process your payment with relevant card details.
  • For Bank Payment: Visit any bank of your choice that offers REMITA services and pay using your generated RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference) on your invoice.
  • Return to the University’s 2018/2019 Admission Portal to confirm your payment.
  • Print your Admission Letter and letter of under taking
  • Return to the University’s 2018/2019 Admission Portal to supply your O’level examination details and scratch card details. Please note that failure to upload a valid and unused examination scratch card detail will lead to automatic disqualification of admission.
  • Wait for confirmation SMS or check the portal to continue the registration process.

  • Payment of the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred Naira only (N3500.00K) non-refundable Acceptance Fees through KUST COLLECTION Account No. 1130074105 at any branch of Zenith Bank PLC.
  • Log on to www.kustwudil.edu.ng.
  • Click on ADMISSION LETTER.
  • Use your pin and JAMB no. where appropriate and click on SUBMIT.
  • Print your admission Letter.
  • Candidate shall present himself/herself on 8th April, 2019 at the University premises for screening at the designated area of his/her programme.
  • Candidate shall come along with Originals and photocopy of their credentials and his/her SSCE/NECO result checking card.
