Arab City Schools Calendar 2022

Arab City Schools is pleased to announce that we are implementing a new academic calendar for the 2022-2023 school year. This calendar, which was developed with input from students, parents, and staff, will provide more time to explore historical events and concepts as well as allow for greater flexibility in scheduling exam dates.
The Arab City Schools academic calendar will be split into two 18-week semesters. Each semester will have a six-week “holiday” break at the midpoint of the semester. The first semester will start on August 19th and end on December 14th.
The second semester will start on January 3rd and end on May 8th. Students should note that this new schedule does not affect holidays such as Thanksgiving or Christmas break. We hope this new schedule will be an opportunity for all members of the community to pursue their interests outside of academics at times when many other schools are closed.
