How to take a screenshot on a dell laptop
As a user of a laptop, you probably use it every day. But did you know that you can take screenshots on your laptop too? This is especially helpful if you want to capture a screenshot of something important and then later use it as an image backup. Here’s how to take a screenshot on your Dell laptop.
Start by pressing the Fn key and then select screenshot from the drop-down menu.
You’ll then be prompted to choose the destination for the screenshot. Choose an image or document to take a screenshot of and then hit save.
After taking a screenshot, you can then save it to your laptop by selecting save as from the context menu. You can also save the screenshot to your computer’s hard drive by choosing File > Save As.
When you take a screenshot, you should be warned that your computer might be busy for a few minutes while it tries to create the screenshot. This is normal and will eventually stop.
Once the screenshot is created, you should click on the “Capture” button.
Now, your computer will start to capture the screenshot. But it might take a few minutes for the screenshot to be created.
When the screenshot is finally created, you should open it in a new window or tab and view it.
Once the screenshot has been created, right-click on it and select Properties from the context menu.
Now, on the properties screen, you’ll want to set the screenshot resolution. Selecting a higher resolution will give your screenshot more detail and make it easier to read. You can also select a lower resolution if you don’t have enough space for a full screenshot. Once the screenshot has been set, right-click on it and select Save As from the context menu. Under the General tab, you can then choose whether you want to save theScreenshot as a PDF or save it as an image. If you choose to save it as an image, you can then select the resolution and type of file you want to create. You can also select whether you want to password protect the screenshot or not.

1. Open your laptop’s lid and press the power button to turn it on.
2. Type “screenshot” into the laptop’s search bar and hit enter.
3. A screenshot of your computer will open.
4. Use your mouse to select the screenshot you want to take.
5. Click the “capture” button and then save the screenshot to your computer’s hard drive.
